How do I change what Jeff knows about me?

Tap the person icon on the home screen, then Edit. You can change your name, your home and what you're into there. Your feed updates a few moments after you save.

How do groups work?

Tap "Make plans with Jeff", then "Make a group", and invite your friends with the link or code. Ask Jeff for ideas, everyone votes, and Jeff calls it. Anyone can leave a group at any time.

Why does a ticket say "Resale"?

When there aren't official tickets, Jeff may show resale ones from Gigsberg or Football TicketNet. They usually cost more than face value, so they're always labelled. Tickets are bought from the seller, not from Jeff, so for problems with an order, contact the seller.

How do I turn notifications or location on or off?

In your iPhone's Settings, scroll down to Jeff. Jeff only uses your rough location, and never stores it.

How do I delete my account?

Tap the person icon on the home screen, then "Delete my data". Everything linked to your account is deleted straight away. Deleting the app on its own doesn't delete your account.
